Lead global HR strategy in cooperation with overseas group companies while managing a wide range of stakeholders and promoting large-scale projects. Formulate next fiscal year recruitment targets, implement optimal PDCA cycles based on data analysis, and manage budgets and current situation analysis. Execute annual initiatives such as strengthening recruitment branding and improving selection processes.
