New Graduate Nurse - Emergency Department (Nights)

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate direct patient care for all age groups in the Emergency Department, coordinating with ancillary departments to optimize patient comfort. Monitor and coordinate care activities consistent with nursing practice guidelines, the Mercy Health System goals, and state Nurse Practice Act standards. Perform duties within the scope of nursing preparation and established Mercy Service Standards. This Level 1 Trauma and Stroke center serves as the region's only Regional Burn Center, providing care to over 72,000 annual patients across Missouri, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. The role offers a dedicated growth pathway, including an Emergency Trauma Center Nursing Fellowship, for new graduates.
