New Graduate Nurse in the Emergency Department role who will perform direct patient care for all ages, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Will coordinate with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort, functioning within established nursing practice guidelines and Mercy Service Standards. The Emergency Trauma Center offers a dedicated pathway for growth through an Emergency Nursing Fellowship; the site is a Level 1 Trauma and Stroke center serving multiple states, with expanded pediatric ED capabilities and a broad trauma/critical care footprint. Includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new graduates, RN student loan forgiveness up to $20,000, and relocation assistance up to $3,000 for full-time staff.
