Job Summary
Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration. Use critical thinking to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, then develop and implement individual plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team. Evaluate patient responses and modify care plans throughout their stay while participating in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation from an accredited nursing school to remain employed in this safety-sensitive position.
