Job Summary
New Graduate Nurse provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation within the standards of nursing care after completing a nursing program and before licensure; must obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation. Responsibilities include educating patients and families, using critical thinking to assess needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the health-care team, promoting patient safety and quality, and participating in professional development. Required Qualifications
