Job Summary

Own Starlink hardware from conceptual design through high-volume production; develop design criteria, collaborate on requirements, and drive system-level optimization; design and develop production lines for your product, including robot end effector design, process development, control system design, automation programming, and more; refine production systems for high-rate, high-yield, and reliable processes; identify trends and opportunities to optimize product output, quality, and cost of manufacturability; troubleshoot mechanical system problems, formulate maintenance protocols, service schedules, and coordinate material procurement for machinery upkeep; challenge assumptions and seek simple solutions to complex problems.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
  • 1+ years of experience with mechanical/electromechanical design, analysis, testing, and/or manufacturing (internship or extracurricular experience is applicable)
  • Graduating with a bachelor's degree, master's degree, or PhD in 2026 or 2027

Additional Requirements

  • ITAR REQUIREMENTS: U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), Refugee, or Asylee, or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
