Job Summary
Handle 25-30 inbound contacts daily as the first point of contact for advisors and investors, managing everything from simple account inquiries to complex financial transactions. Deliver stellar client experiences by utilizing critical thinking to resolve issues in real-time, conduct detailed research across various databases, and collaborate with internal teams for efficient resolutions. Complete a comprehensive training program including the first 30 days focused on Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam preparation, followed by approximately 4–5 months of full-time, in-person training. Work scheduled shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM EST, Monday–Friday, with a Bachelor's degree and SIE license required within 60 days of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) license required within 60 days of employment
- Graduation timeframe between December 2025 and May 2027
- 0–2 years in a client-facing, service-oriented role
- Ability to work scheduled shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM EST, Monday–Friday
- This position requires full-time, in-person training for approximately 4–5 months
