New Grad Staff Nurse Internal Medicine Full time

Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate acutely ill patients while adhering to ANA standards and the nursing process. Administer medications following the six rights, perform phone triage, and deliver abnormal test results with corresponding care instructions. Develop individualized care plans that integrate nursing, teaching, and discharge planning, while educating patients and families on procedures, therapies, and pain management techniques. Incorporate quality improvement activities into practice and participate in shared governance and department projects. Requires current experience within the past five years or graduation within the past two years; BSN preferred.
