New Grad RN Tele

Registered Nurse Telemetry role in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities include assessing patients on admission and per shift, administering medications, documenting care in the medical record, and providing education to patients, families, and caregivers about condition, treatment plan, medications, and follow-up measures. Works on the Telemetry unit 7a-7p with rotating weekends; sign-on and relocation bonuses available. Requires BLS within 30 days, RN licensure within 90 days, and RN diploma/BS/AS degree with Texas or Compact state license. 1-2 years Med Tele/PCU, Ortho, or Medical-Surgical acute care nursing experience preferred.
