Job Summary
Join a dedicated team in the M80 Neuro Transitional Care Unit at Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus, where you will take part in a year-long residency program tailored to your needs, providing direct nursing care and developing essential clinical skills. Responsibilities include participating in a core curriculum, prioritizing patient care based on needs, documenting in medical records, and performing complex nursing procedures. Candidates must possess a valid RN license, graduate from an accredited nursing program, and have BLS certification. This position requires physical capability to handle patient care duties and may involve exposure to communicable diseases.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program)
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- New graduate RN OR less than one year of RN work experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Additional Requirements
- Must comply with influenza vaccination program or obtain an approved exemption.
