Job Summary
New Grad RN Resident – Metabolic Surgery at Cleveland Clinic Health System. Join the M63 Metabolic Surgery Unit for Bariatric procedures (Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass, Gastric Banding, Sleeve Gastrectomy) as a full-time residency with day/night rotation. Participate in a residency core curriculum, provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach, establish and revise care priorities, respond to patient risk, seek supervision when needed, and document in patients’ medical records according to established policies and protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- New graduate RN OR less than one year of RN work experience
