New Grad RN Resident - Epilepsy Monitoring Unit

As a New Grad RN Resident in the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit at Cleveland Clinic, you will provide direct nursing care to adult patients with seizure disorders, ensuring compassionate care and support for their physical and mental health needs. You will participate in a core residency curriculum tailored to individual learning needs and work alongside a success coach. Key responsibilities include establishing patient care priorities, responding to health risks, documenting patient records, and seeking assistance when necessary. Candidates must be graduates from an accredited nursing program, possess a current RN license, and hold BLS certification. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work rotating shifts.
