Job Summary
Conduct hands-on clinical training and patient care across medical-surgical, neurology, orthopedics, general surgery, telemetry, and oncology units. Receive one-on-one preceptor mentoring and classroom skill development within an 8–16 week residency program. Provide compassionate care for diverse patient populations while collaborating with nurse educators and specialists. Complete required Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire. Full-time or part-time schedules available with onsite location in St. Louis, MO.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Nursing Diploma
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or compact state licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, reach, kneel, squat, and assist patients safely
- Previous hospital experience preferred for some units

- Prior acute care or specialty unit experience
