New Grad RN Residency | Mercy South

Provide hands-on clinical training and mentorship to new graduates across medical-surgical, neurology, orthopedics, general surgery, telemetry, and oncology units. Conduct patient care for acute medical conditions, surgical patients, and those requiring cardiac monitoring or chemotherapy support. Engage in assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking while collaborating with nurse educators and specialists. Complete an 8–16 week residency program featuring one-on-one preceptor mentoring and classroom skill development. Requires active Missouri RN license, BLS certification within 30 days, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Full-time (36 hrs/week) or part-time (24 hrs/week) onsite shifts at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO.
