Job Summary
RN IP Rehab residency program for new grads; hands-on clinical training, preceptorship, and educational sessions to transition from nursing student to registered nurse. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions on admission and each shift, performing procedures and medication administration, documenting care, responding to patient needs, and educating patients, families, and caregivers about conditions and treatment plans. Requires BLS within 30 days, ACLS within 1 year, and an RN license/Graduate Nurse in state; no prior experience required; some travel may be needed for training. Required Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) obtained within 30 days of employment
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) obtained within 1 year of employment
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
