New Grad RN OR Residency

Nurse Residency Program for New Grad RN: a year-long program providing advanced clinical training, monthly educational sessions, preceptorship, mentorship from nurse leaders, and hands-on simulations to transition from student nurse to registered nurse. Responsibilities include assessing patient condition, performing procedures and medication administration, documenting care, reporting changes, teaching patients and families about conditions and treatments, and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team.
