New Grad RN - Medical Progressive Care (Critical Care)

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adults with complex medical conditions, monitoring vital signs, neurological status, and respiratory function while administering medications and interventions with strong clinical judgment. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized care plans, educate patients and families on treatment needs, and document assessments accurately in the electronic medical record. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to uphold patient safety standards within the Medical Progressive Care Unit.
