New Grad RN - Medical Progressive Care (Critical Care)

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adults with complex medical conditions, monitoring vital signs, neurological status, and respiratory function while intervening promptly. Administer medications and procedures with accuracy, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans. Educate patients and families on treatment needs and post-discharge care, documenting all assessments and outcomes in the electronic medical record. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to uphold patient safety standards within the Medical Progressive Care Unit.
