New Grad RN

The RN Resident coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. The HCA Nurse Residency Program is a year-long, paid program designed to bridge the transition from student nurse to registered nurse, with advanced clinical training in a specialty area, monthly educational sessions, preceptorship training, hands-on simulations, mentoring from experienced nurse leaders, and an evidence-based practice project. Cohort start dates are listed, with specialties including Med/Surg/Tele, Ortho/Spine, Transplant/PCU, BMT, Blood Cancer, and OR.
