New Grad RN

The RN Resident will participate in the Nurse Residency Program, a year-long initiative designed to transition students into practicing RNs with hands-on clinical training, mentorship from nurse educators and leaders, and an evidence-based project. Responsibilities include assessing patient condition at admission and during shifts, performing procedures and medications administration as ordered, documenting care, educating patients and families about conditions and care plans, and proactively addressing patient needs while providing compassionate, patient-centered care. The program supports ongoing education and credentialing, with specialty training in Med/Surg, Med/Surg Cardiac, and PCU cohorts and structured preceptorship.
