New Grad RN, Emergency Department, Full Time, Night Shift

New Grad RN for the Medical-Surgical unit at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, ME. Full-time nights 7p-7a (12-hour shifts). Structured residency program with preceptor support and hands-on training. Responsibilities include direct patient care, ongoing assessments, communication of changes in condition and diagnostic results, administering medications and IV therapy, patient/family education, care coordination, rapid response to changes in patient status, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Qualifications include an active RN license, BLS certificate, ACLS certificate (preferred), prior acute care experience and ventilator management (preferred), and BSN (preferred).
