New Grad RN in the Medical-Surgical unit at Central Maine Medical Center, Lewiston, ME. Provides direct patient care, ongoing assessments, medication administration, IV therapy, and patient/family education within an acute care setting. Supports care coordination, communicates changes in condition to physicians, maintains clinical documentation, and ensures patient safety and HIPAA compliance. Participates in a structured New Grad Residency Program with hands-on training and dedicated preceptor support to build confidence and clinical skills. Night shift, full-time schedule (12-hour shifts) with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
