Job Summary
Perform diagnostic imaging exams using specialized equipment while collaborating with radiologists and care teams to deliver accurate patient care. Prepare patients for procedures, verify orders, and ensure proper identification. Review images for quality and clarity, adhere to radiation safety guidelines, and complete studies within acceptable timeframes. Assist students and colleagues in exam procedures, provide patient education, and follow infection control standards. Operate imaging systems, document procedures accurately, and maintain a safe environment. Required Qualifications
- ARRT certification
- Current Radiologic Technologist license in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
- Knowledge of anatomy
