New Grad Registered Radiology Tech

Perform diagnostic imaging exams using specialized equipment to assist in patient diagnosis and care. Collaborate with radiologists and care teams to deliver accurate, high-quality imaging while providing excellent patient care. Maintain ARRT or modality-specific competency, verify orders, and prepare patients for exams according to department protocols. Adhere to radiation safety guidelines, infection control standards, and sterile technique practices. Operate imaging equipment to ensure optimal image quality, review images for clarity, and accurately document patient information and procedures. Assist students and colleagues in exam procedures and provide patient education to ensure comfort. Complete studies within acceptable timeframes without compromising care. Requires American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification, current state license, and Basic Life Support (BLS).
