New Grad Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Nursing Unit

Conduct head-to-toe assessments, administer chemotherapy and biotherapy, and perform procedures including IV starts, NG tube insertions, dressing changes, and foley catheter placement. Develop individualized plans of care based on patient and family needs, modifying interventions through continuous evaluation. Provide emotional support to patients and families while maintaining accurate documentation standards for quarterly audits. Deliver palliative and end-of-life care alongside general medical patient management across the hospital. Join a unit with a 4-6 patient-to-RN ratio, supported by the Oncology Nursing Society and a mentorship program for new graduates.
