New Grad Registered Nurse (RN)

RN Resident coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. The role supports a Nurse Residency Program designed to transition new graduates from student nurse to registered nurse, with hands-on clinical training, mentorship from experienced nurse leaders, preceptorship, and ongoing education. Responsibilities include assessing patient condition, performing procedures and medication administration, documenting care, teaching patients and families, and collaborating with the care team to ensure an exceptional patient experience. Required qualifications include BLS, ACLS within 1 year, and Florida RN license/compact license; degree in Nursing (Associate or Bachelor’s).
