New Grad Registered Nurse

Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care on the Medical Surgical Unit using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Administer medications and IV therapies, coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, and educate patients on diagnoses and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate electronic medical record documentation while promoting patient safety and infection prevention. Operate clinical equipment appropriate to the department and report patient condition changes promptly. Requires current state RN license, BLS certificate, and ACLS certificate within 30 days; BSN preferred. Nights shift; $36.00–$49.16/hour gross pay. Eligible for up to $10,000 sign-on bonus.
