New Grad Registered Nurse

Provide skilled nursing care to patients onsite in their homes, including administering medications, performing wound care, and conducting patient assessments. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Monitor patients' conditions, report changes, and educate families on disease management and treatment options. Maintain accurate records, coordinate with professionals, and oversee Home Health Aides' documentation completion. Report patient progress to the physician and Clinical Manager. Requires med surg, ICU, or ER experience; current RN licensure and CPR certification; valid driver's license and auto insurance. Full-time 40-hour schedule with annual base pay of $77,200–$106,200.
