Job Summary
New Grad PA/NP urgent care opportunity at ConvenientMD in North Andover, MA. Provide patient-centered care including health assessments, physical exams, and addressing short- and long-term patient needs. Administer diagnostics (x-rays, EKGs, labs), miscellaneous procedures (injections, suturing, wound management), and patient education on health, regimens, and wellness. Maintain clear EMR documentation, adhere to infection-control policies, and ensure compliance with laws/regulations. Collaborate with providers and staff to plan dispositions, pursue continuing education, and contribute to a collaborative team culture. Requires Master's degree and PA or NP certification, DEA license with no restrictions, and BLS certification. Prior clinical experience in emergency/urgent/ambulatory care is preferred. Pay ranges between $52-$60/hour with a defined benefit structure; Massachusetts location in North Andover.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree and certification by Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) certifying body
- DEA license with no restrictions
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Relevant clinical experience through rotations or settings in emergency medicine/urgent care/ambulatory care are preferred
