Job Summary
Complete physical therapy evaluations and reassessments, develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, and provide skilled physical therapy services in patients' homes. Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility training, fall prevention, and home safety while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation. This role offers up to $5,000 tuition reimbursement, flexible daily scheduling, and one-on-one patient care for new graduates. You will work across Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Radford, and surrounding New River Valley communities with supportive clinical leadership and mentorship to help you transition from the classroom to confident practice.
