Job Summary
New Grad Physical Therapist (PT) needed for Home Health in Joplin, MO. Provide 1:1 in-home clinical care to patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery, including diagnostic assessments of mobility, gait, balance, and wound care; develop and implement individualized PT care plans; educate patients and families; document observations and evaluations using a touch pad tablet; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; travel locally to client homes; participate in ongoing training and leadership tracks. Must hold an active PT license and be eligible/eligible to practice; new graduates welcome.
