New Grad Physical Therapist, Full Time, Home Health

Job Summary
Provide 1:1 home-based physical therapy to clients in designated geographic territories, including diagnostic tests and measurements (mobility, joint range, transfer status, stability, ambulation, strength, endurance, balance, safety), wound care with evidence-based dressings and topical agents, development and implementation of individualized care plans with manual therapy, gait and balance training, and patient/family education. Collaborate with nursing on the multidisciplinary care plan, document observations and interventions on a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet, and travel locally to cases. Requires active Missouri PT license; welcoming new graduates with strong interest.
