Job Summary
New Grad Occupational Therapist needed for Home Health in Lebanon, MO. Provide 1:1 direct care in patients' homes, perform comprehensive functional evaluations (muscle function, endurance, coordination, communication, ADL/IADL), assess cognitive/motor/psychological aspects, develop and revise individualized intervention plans, identify home hazards and adaptations, educate patients/families, and document care using a state-of-the-art EMR. Travel locally to cases; collaborate with nursing and an interdisciplinary team; participate in training and leadership tracks. Requires Missouri OT license and ability to work independently; prior home care experience is welcomed but not required. BAYADA is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- A current Missouri Occupational Therapist license.
- Graduation from an occupational therapy program accredited jointly by the AMA and the AOTA, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned
