Job Summary
Clinical Support Coordinator coordinating the development and support of new graduate and transitioning nurses. Responsibilities include rounding on nursing units to observe care and provide in-the-moment coaching, guiding skill development and clinical judgment, supporting rapid responses and codes with feedback and debriefs, teaching and troubleshooting essential nursing skills, reinforcing safety standards and regulatory expectations (AIDET, Teach-Back, Narrating Care), and partnering with unit leaders to promote nurse growth, accountability, safety, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- RN
- Registered Nurse Diploma
- Basic Cardiac Life Support
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- No Travel Required
- 2 years experience
