Job Summary
Conduct bedside care across Medical/Surgical, Neuroscience, Oncology, and Trauma Surgical services under the guidance of Advanced Nurse Clinicians. Participate in the Graduate Nurse Residency Program to strengthen critical thinking, communication, and clinical skills through hands-on experience and mentorship. Work day or night shifts in inpatient acute care settings while earning sign-on bonuses, shift differentials, and stay pay for productive time. Maintain current RN licensure in Missouri and Basic Life Support certification. Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- Must have either a current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the State of Missouri
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association
