New Grad Nurse Residency Med Surg

RN Resident coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers and care team. Engages in advanced clinical training across specialties (including Oncology, Orthopedic Trauma, Telemetry, Telemetry Renal) with a formalized learning sequence, monthly education, preceptorship, and mentoring from nurse leaders. Applies evidence-based practice, participates in an education project, and translates complex medical information for patients and families while supporting the transition from student nurse to registered nurse.
