Job Summary
Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital in the St. Louis area is seeking a New Grad Registered Nurse for inpatient rehabilitation units. The role involves delivering compassionate, around-the-clock nursing care as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team to patients recovering from strokes, brain/spinal injuries, orthopedic injuries, and other conditions. Responsibilities emphasize functional recovery and quality of life, with a focus on patient education, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and coordination within the care team. The position offers a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000, day-one benefits, options for Full-Time or Part-Time nights, and a schedule of three 12-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) with night shift differential and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited RN program
- Active Missouri RN license
- BLS certification
