Job Summary
New Grad Nurse and Therapy Incentive Program offers licensing-testing reimbursement for LPNs, RNs, and PTs who are new graduates within the last 12 months, with quarterly caps ($250 for LPNs; $500 for RNs and PTs) and up to 5 years of employment. Eligible candidates must maintain full-time status and apply to participate in the program, with availability at the discretion of the building administrator and Director of Nursing. The program supports student loan repayment and can be used at the employee's discretion. Location: Superior, WI (on-site).
