Job Summary

New Grad Nurse and Therapy Incentive Program offering licensing-test cost reimbursement for LPNs, RNs, and PTs who have graduated within the last 12 months. LPNs receive $250 per quarter (up to 5 years, up to $5,000 total); RNs and PTs receive $500 per quarter (up to 5 years, up to $10,000 total). Program supports student loan repayment and can be used at the employee’s discretion. Must maintain full-time employment status and apply within 12 months of graduation.
