Job Summary
New Grad - Nurse and Therapy Incentive Program for full-time LPNs, RNs, and PTs who graduated within the last 12 months. Program provides licensing-testing cost reimbursement: LPNs receive $250 per quarter (up to $5,000 total) and RNs/PTs receive $500 per quarter (up to $10,000 total) for up to 5 years of employment. Also designed to support student loan repayment and usable at employee discretion. Eligibility requires maintaining full-time status and being a new graduate within the past year; availability is at the discretion of the building administrator and Director of Nursing.
