Delivers nursing care across Med Surg, ICU, Emergency Departments, and OB units while earning a pay incentive. Executes the nursing process through assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Upholds professional standards including ethical practice, culturally congruent care, and evidence-based practice. Requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, MI RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications.
