Job Summary
The New Grad Engineer I role at HNTB is responsible for assisting in design calculations, technical reports, engineering plans, and specifications for assigned projects. The position involves performing research, development, calculations, and delivery in partnership with the project team. Key responsibilities include completing assigned work on schedule, preparing project reports and designs, assisting in cost estimates, and supporting engineering teams with various administrative tasks. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and exhibit knowledge of engineering principles and relevant software tools. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Understanding of engineering principles relevant to the discipline
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification
- Knowledgeable in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD
