New Grad Architectural Designer I (Philadelphia)

Architectural Designer I supports project teams under the Architect of Record, performing 3D modeling and design, field investigations, and producing discipline-specific deliverables. Responsibilities include generating design/construction models and documentation using Revit or other BIM software, creating drawings from staff markups, conducting drawing reviews for compliance with CRB standards, coordinating with engineering and construction staff, and participating in coordination meetings and quality checks. Minimum qualifications include an accredited architecture degree (B.Arch/M.Arch/D.Arch) or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification with relevant experience accepted. Preferred qualifications include Revit and Office proficiency, experience with Enscape/Navisworks/AutoCAD, opportunity for moderate travel, and LEED/WELL credentials.
