Job Summary
Welcome guests on arrival, explain venue operations, and set the tone for the Costa Taco experience. Manage entry and seating using host guidelines and floor plans to support smooth service. Take orders, run food, and handle payments via POS while maintaining hospitality standards. Keep the dining area clean, reset tables, and complete opening and closing checklists with care. Communicate clearly with the team to ensure consistent service and flag variances to your supervisor. Maintain bartending standards following standard recipes and presentation guidelines. This role requires flexibility across lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts.
