Job Summary
New Foundations Scope & Simplification Manager at Richemont leads a multi-year ERP transformation programme focused on simplifying and aligning business processes and technology for SAP S/4HANA. Owns assessment of current processes, orchestrates Business Process Managers and functional teams to map and optimise end-to-end processes, leads simplification initiatives across processes and custom code, frames keep/adapt/retire decisions through a business-value lens, assesses scope impact and transformation readiness, upskills the organization on SAP S/4HANA processes, and anchors recommendations with ECC landscape. Requires deep SAP S/4HANA expertise, experience with end-to-end processes (Finance, P2P, O2C), ability to engage senior leaders, and strong process modelling and stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA programmes and transformations
- Proven track record in process simplification or standardisation in complex environments
- Strong exposure to end-to-end business processes (Finance, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash)
- Comfortable engaging with senior business and Senior Technology leaders
- Experience operating in Group, multi-entity or multi-brand environments
- Skilled at translating business requirements into standard, scalable SAP S/4HANA outcomes
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA standard processes, clean-core principles and ECC landscape
- Solid process modelling and documentation capability and experience
- Analytical rigour to frame keep/adapt/retire decisions with clear trade-offs
- Ability to distil complexity into actionable scope and simplification options
- Effective stakeholder communication across senior business and technology audiences
