Job Summary
New Equipment Sales Executive for BW Papersystems responsible for selling sophisticated folding-carton industry capital equipment in an assigned territory. You will prospect, develop new business accounts and markets, access senior management, demonstrate product capability, build customer ROI, negotiate terms and pricing, meet sales quotas, coordinate orders, and capture activities in BW Papersystems CRM. Must maintain relationships with stakeholders, stay informed on industry tech, and partner with the marketing team to drive digital campaigns. Requires significant travel (50-75%) to customer manufacturing plants; strong communication and project-management skills and the ability to close orders. Minimum Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years related capital equipment sales experience; travel-friendly and able to work independently.
