Job Summary
Manage projects throughout the full development lifecycle from pre-development through lease-up and stabilization by coordinating with developers, architects, and contractors. Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables while conducting site visits to monitor progress and identify issues. Assist in developing leasing strategies, analyzing market data, and participating in pricing discussions to support revenue optimization and absorption rates. Review floorplans, evaluate amenity offerings, and conduct competitive market research to ensure appropriate product positioning. Coordinate project launches across listing platforms, ensure accurate unit details, and support broker previews and launch events. Serve as a liaison between leasing, marketing, development, and ownership teams.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in new development, leasing, project coordination, property management, or a related real estate field
- Experience supporting residential development projects from pre-development through lease-up
- Strong understanding of leasing strategy, rental pricing, lease-up execution, and absorption analysis
- Ability to analyze market comparables and make informed pricing recommendations
- Experience working with floorplans, rent rolls, and project schedules
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Bluebeam, and other project management or presentation tools
- Real estate license or willingness to obtain preferred
