Job Summary
Licensed Real Estate Administrator supporting on-site leasing in Manhattan, NY. Provide administrative support to the leasing team, push application packages to ownership for approval, communicate with approved applicants, update CRM daily, prepare and send reports to ownership and leasing team, greet clients, manage office calendar, schedule appointments, show apartments, and maintain pristine model apartments and office spaces. Collaborate with Leasing Director and building management to move prospects through the leasing process, and perform additional tasks for the office administrator and leasing team as needed. Requires active real estate license, customer-service focus, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; lifting up to 25 lbs may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Current real estate license is required
- Active real estate license in good standing
- Customer Service background preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a team-based environment
- Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
- Ability to organize work and meet deadlines
