Job Summary
New Construction Sales Representative in Greensboro, NC, responsible for establishing and fostering long-term relationships with general contractors in Greensboro and surrounding areas; meeting with decision makers to engineer door solutions for facilities; developing scope of work for each proposal and handling details from initial call to closing the sale; providing timely estimates and proposals; maintaining CRM daily; and achieving sales objectives for commercial sectional/rolling door products, loading dock equipment, and high-speed doors.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- Read and understand blueprints
- Outside sales experience calling on general contractors
- Experience with proposals/submittals
- Proficiency with Windows-based programs and sales tools
- Bachelor’s degree (highly preferred)
- Ability to develop scope of work and calculate proposals
