Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end construction projects from planning through handoff, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Lead schedules, budgets, and procurement; coordinate with contractors, stakeholders, and design teams; perform regular site visits to verify workmanship and project conformance; manage project documentation and reporting; and drive risk identification and issue resolution to meet project specifications.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, budgeting, and scheduling
- Experience in managing teams and working with contractors, and sub-contractors
- Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with safety and regulations in construction
